This was something that I tweeted out some time ago and it proved to be quite popular, so I decided to share it here now that I have my new blog back up.
Before I formally document my user stories when planning a new project, I like to roughly make notes so I can work faster. And with limitations on space and travelling to meet clients, it doesn't make sense for me to create a bunch of sticky notes and paste them to a wall. So I created a small "worksheet" with some blank structure, and print off several before meeting with stakeholders, users, or developers. Once I pare down the stories into a core feature set, I will then document them in my project (I personally use Asana), and from there, combine them into detailed Epics.
Feel free to download and print as many as you like, and let me know what you think.
